Driving Directions

• The offices of the GFBEDC are located at 1 Fluor Daniel Drive, Sugar Land, Texas, 77478, within the Fluor Corp. Office Center, off of the intersection of US 59 (Southwest Freeway) and SH 6.
• South bound on US 59 (coming from Westchase, Uptown/Galleria, or the Houston CBD) or North bound from US 59 coming from the Brazos River, Rosenberg, and points west.
  • Take the SH 6 exit and proceed to the traffic signal and intersection of SH 6 and the US 59 service road.
  • Turn northwest, (left if coming from the Brazos River, right if coming from Houston) on SH 6 and proceed to the 3rd traffic signal and intersection with Fluor Daniel Drive.
  • The Fluor Corp. Office Center is the large, silver glass office building approximately ½ mile north of SH 6. Turn right (northeast) on Fluor Daniel Drive, proceeding across the bridge over Brooks Lake and to a stop sign.
  • Continue straight past the stop sign and turn right at the Security Booth into the Visitor Parking lot.
  • Park and walk towards the main building; our building is marked with a large letter 'D' near the top of the building.
  • Enter the building through the glass multi-door entry. Our offices are to the left of the reception/security desk.
